A car was left on its roof and another had its bumper ripped off as police made a number of drink-driving arrests overnight.
Officers in Sevenoaks tweeted a picture of the overturned vehicle on the A227 in Wrotham at 2.32am.
They said one man was in custody on suspicion of drink driving.
They added: “A lucky escape for passenger & driver that they weren't seriously injured.”
Meanwhile, Kent Police’s Tonbridge & Malling team said their officers attended “multiple” crashes in Wrotham and Wateringbury.
They said three people had been arrested for drink-driving offences at the scene of these incidents.
The officers also tweeted a picture of a badly damaged white BMW, with the bumper barely hanging on. An airbag had also been deployed.
