Fire crews were called to a fire at an outbuilding near Sevenoaks at just before midnight.
Three fire engines attended the blaze on Crow Drive in Halstead, which was well alight when they arrived.
Crews wearing breathing apparatus used hose reel jets to put the blaze out.
No-one was injured. The cause of the fire has not yet been established.
