The event begins in the high street from 5pm and the fireworks display starts at 7:45pm following a torch procession at 7pm.

Organised by Sevenoaks Round Table, the annual event has been stepped up a notch this year, with all proceeds going to local good causes and usually brings in over 4,000 people.

Cllr Roddy Hogarth, the Council’s cabinet member for parking, said: “We’re delighted to be providing this free parking for this longstanding spectacle, and are extremely pleased to be able to support this evening as it raises so much money for great causes.”

Although parking will be free of charge all other parking restrictions will continue to be enforced.
