Tributes have been paid to a doting father who was "full of life and a great sense of humour".
The family of Guy Berry have said the missing 27-year-old's body was found in a Sevenoaks nature reserve.
Guy, who was last seen on Sunday, April 1, disappeared from the Dunton Green area.
He was planning on going on holiday with his brother and learning Spanish so he could pass the skill on to his 17-month-old son Dougie.
Speaking on behalf of the family, Guy's oldest brother Dan Berry said: "Police found his body yesterday.
"They found it at a nature reserve and from what we can gather he must have been there for a while.
"He was full of life, one of those young lads who was full of get up and go and had a great sense of humour.
"He just disappeared from us.
"We miss him dearly and we need a bit of time to come to terms with our loss."
It is believed his body was taken to Tunbridge Wells hospital.
A post on Facebook by another of Guy's brother's, Dominic, said: "To each and every person who has sparked a light in the search for our beloved brother Guy Berry, we regretfully and with great pain must inform you that he has been found but at rest having departed on the 1st April age 27.
"Guy you are and always will be loved, missed sorely, but remembered as the most amazing, kind hearted and utterly loved brother, son, father and uncle, best friend and confident... but of course with a wicked sense of humour!!
"We can not start to express our heartfelt thanks and gratitude for the time and kindness afforded him and us and need you all to know that there is love and kindness everywhere and in everyone as we have witnessed."
Police have refused to confirm the death but said a search is no longer taking place.
Guy leaves son Dougie, brothers and sisters Dan, Dominic, Sophie, Spencer, Josh, Zoe and Natasha and his mum and dad.
Kent Police were called to a report of a body in a lake at the reserve at 12.25pm on Tuesday.
A spokesman said: "Patrols attended the scene along with South East Coast Ambulance Service and recovered a body of a man. Mr Berry’s next of kin have been made aware although formal identification has not yet taken place.
"The death is not being treated as suspicious and a report is being prepared for the coroner."
