A Japanese serial rapist has been found guilty of dismembering and abandoning the body of Lucie Blackman - murdered in Tokyo.

The city's High Court upheld a life sentence against Joji Obara for nine other attacks - but agreed there wasn't enough evidence to convict him of the rape and killing of Lucie, who was from Sevenoaks, in 2000.

Her father Tim Blackman, who now lives on the Isle of Wight, says the decision is some form of justice.
