Traffic misery continues for drivers on the M25 this morning, two days after a crash damaged a section of the crash barrier.
There are queues stretching back six miles between junction 5 for Sevenoaks and junction 6 for Godstone.
A lane remains closed in both directions after the horrific crash there just before 10am on Monday.
A Highways Agency spokesman said the lanes had been closed to repair the crash barrier.
It's not expected to get back to normal until 6am on Saturday.
A nine-metre gap was left in the concrete central reservation after the lorry jack-knifed and hit it.
A spokesman said: "The Highways Agency is working hard with its contractors and the emergency services to reopen the lanes as soon as it is safe to do so."
These pictures show the mangled wreckage left after the accident - which left the lorry trailer heading in a different direction from the cab.
The crash happened near the Clacket Lane services - but amazingly, no-one was injured.
The van was wrecked on the hard shoulder and the lorry landed sideways across the central concrete barrier.
But the delays weren't made any easier after a crash on the M26 on the same day.
