A man who was banned from the road has been sentenced after being caught driving in Borough Green.

On June, 5 Syed Hyder drove a Volkswagen Polo in Sevenoaks Road.

The 43-year-old pleaded guilty to driving while disqualified and was sentenced at Sevenoaks Magistrates' Court this month.

Magistrates banned Hyder from driving for 12 months and ordered him to carry out 180 hours of unpaid work in the next 12 months.

He must also pay a £150 criminal courts charge, £85 costs and a £60 victim surcharge.
