A man who was involved in a serious accident is still recovering in hospital.

A white Fiat van and a black Volkswagen van collided head-on while travelling on the B2211 Sundridge Road in Chevening, near Sevenoaks on Friday June 27.

The driver of the Fiat, a 63-year-old from Westerham, was airlifted to St George's Hospital in south London with serious injuries.

Officers are still appealing for anyone who witnessed the incident at 1.34pm to contact the serious collision investigation unit on 01622798538.
