Sevenoaks Medical Centre has relaunched following a £1.4 million refurbishment.
The relaunch cements the centre's reputation for providing world-class facilities and consultants to the residents of Sevenoaks and the surrounding community.
Highlights of the new facility, in London Road, include an expanded physiotherapy suite and women’s health services.
It also includes a dietetics department, urology and cardiology services as well as a state-of-the-art gymnasium.
Discussing the relaunch Mikaela Saunders, centre manager, said: “At Sevenoaks Medical Centre, we pride ourselves on providing a world-class healthcare environment to our patients.
"This has been enhanced through new services including the physiotherapy suite and rehabilitation gym as well as the existing state of the art diagnostic and imaging services.”
Part of HCA International, the largest healthcare provider in the world, the Sevenoaks Medical Centre celebrated the relaunch with an evening event on opening night.
The celebration, on Thursday, September 24, showcased the new facilities and raised money for Sevenoaks Primary School, which is to be rebuilt in 2016.
The centre is also sponsoring the school’s Sevenoaks Family 5km on Sunday, October 4.
Miss Saunders added: "We are delighted to be supporting Sevenoaks Primary School. At our centre children and teenagers receive precise, attentive and expert paediatric care.
"Our consultants and doctors are experts in managing all general paediatric conditions such as headaches, tummy aches and anxiety. We also have a specialist clinic for diagnosing and treating allergies and epilepsy.
“I look forward to welcoming local residents. Patients in the surrounding area will greatly benefit from the accessibility of world-class consultants within the vicinity of their own community.”
