A motorcyclist has been taken to hospital with serious injuries after a crash in Sevenoaks.

Emergency services, including police and the air ambulance, were called to Bradbourne Vale Road shortly before 6pm yesterday after a car and motorcycle collided.

The male motorcyclist suffered serious leg injuries and was treated on scene by paramedics before being taken by road to King's College Hospital in London.

His injuries are not thought to be life threatening.
