A new brunching spot set to open in a former Bill’s will create 30 new jobs in a town.
Deckhouse is opening in Bligh’s Meadow Shopping Centre in Sevenoaks on September 18.
The beachside-inspired eatery is the second of its kind in the UK - the first opened in Taunton in 2022.
The new branch will create 30 new jobs and cater for up to 90 customers inside and 50 outside.
The 3,000 sq ft venue in London Road will serve breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner, in an experience which “flows naturally from day through to night”.
Deckhouse offers a range of food, from tapas, burgers, salad bowls and sandwiches, with options for all dietary requirements.
It also has a Bottomless Brunch experience, where diners receive free-flowing prosecco, cocktails or beers for 90 minutes.
James Spragg, managing director at Deckhouse, said: “We're delighted to bring Deckhouse to Sevenoaks - it’s a beautiful town with a vibrant restaurant scene that we can’t wait to join.
“We want to create a place where locals and visitors can relax, get together and enjoy great food and drinks from sunrise to sunset.
“Our new venue is inspired by the beauty and serenity of the coastline, creating a space that feels like a true escape in the heart of the town.
“Whether it's a morning coffee, a leisurely lunch, or an evening gathering with friends, we look forward to welcoming everyone to share in the warmth, comfort, and coastal charm of Deckhouse.”
Deckhouse will be open from 9am until 11pm Monday to Saturday, and 9pm to 5pm on Sundays.
The bottomless brunch will be served Thursday – Sunday from 11am until 5pm.
