A supermarket giant has announced when it will open in a new town.
German shop chain Lidl is opening in Station Road, Edenbridge.
Customers are being invited to join a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 8am on Thursday, November 28.
During the opening day there will be exclsive deals and offers on selected products.
Lidl GB’s regional property director, Oliver McGuinness, commented: “We would like to thank all those who have played a part in bringing this new Lidl store to Edenbridge.
"It is great for us to be able to create more jobs and investment opportunities in the area, and we can’t wait to start serving our multi-award winning products to the local community."
The new store will create 40 new jobs in the town and has a shop floor spreading across 1,000 square metres.
It will offer an in-store bakery, longer-style tills with dual packing, customer toilets, baby changing and parking spaces for cars and bicycles.
