Sevenoaks District Council is putting £60,000 towards restoring the Bradbourne Lakes and the surrounding area.

They have been in the town since the 18th century and are desperately in need of work.

Cllr Matthew Dickins (Con) says with so much development happening in the area it is more important than ever to protect and rejuvenate the beauty spot.
