An A-road is blocked in both directions and police are at the scene following a crash.

Traffic is queuing along the A25 Maidstone Road between Pillar Box Road and Saxbys Road.

Congestion is building and traffic between Sevenoaks and Ightham is affected following the accident at around 8.30pm.

A spokesman said: "Kent Police was called at 8.46am today regarding a collision involving three cars on the A25 between Borough Green and Seal.

"Officers and South East Coast Ambulance Service attended the scene where no injuries were reported.

"The road was closed while the three vehicles were recovered and is about to be reopened."
