Police are hunting suspects who reportedly brandished a hammer and robbed their victim's electronic bicycle.
Two men and a teenage boy allegedly approached the victim in Old Polhill, Sevenoaks, just before 11.45am on Thursday (August 1).
The teenager, who was white and around 14 years old, left the scene on the E-bike
He has been described as of small build and 5ft 4ins with ginger hair.
The two men, who have been described as being in their mid-30s, left on foot in the direction of Filston Lane.
One was 6ft with a large build and ginger stubble, He was wearing a white t-shirt and jeans.
The other man was around 5ft 8ins with a stocky build and wore jeans.
The bike was later found discarded at the junction of Old Polhill and Filston Lane.
Anyone with information that could assist the investigation is urged to contact Kent Police on 01622 604100, quoting reference 01-0461.
Residents with private CCTV or doorbell cameras, and motorists with dashcam who were in the area at the time of the incident, are also asked to check for relevant footage.
