The first call for these police officers in Sevenoaks was a different one.

They were called to an incident shortly after 7.30am near Riverhead where 20 horses were reported to be on the loose running along Aisher Way.

Officers reined the animals in after they had escaped from a nearby yard on Bradbourne Road.

The horses were rounded up and returned to their stables safely by 9am.
