Drivers were warned of delays following a crash on a busy motorway.

Traffic was temporarily held while lane one of four was closed on clockwise carriageway of the M25 between junction 5 for the M26 and 6 for Godstone.

Three cars were reportedly involved in the collision, which happened shortly before 2.45pm.

Emergency services were called and Kent Highways advised commuters to approach the area with caution and allow extra journey time.

Noone was injured.
