A young boy from Sevenoaks, famous in the world of yoga, is offering children free lessons every day to keep their minds active in lockdown.
More than 40 children join Ishwar Sharma's online classes which he films from his home in Halstead.
His father, Dr Nanjundiah Vishwanath, 49, says Ishwar is now teaching children around the world.
He said: "A lot of children were asking about classes so he decided to start doing them every day. It was all his idea.
"He's getting students from the USA, India, Australia so lots of people are enjoying it.
"We film them in our home and upload them to YouTube and our website."
In one of his videos, 10-year-old Ishwar says: "I feel yoga can help with immunity, physical and mental health and possibly help us climb out of this coronavirus crisis."
Ishwar, who goes to St Michael's Preparatory School in Otford, is a three-time World Champion and winner of the British Citizen Youth Award, Global Child Prodigy award.
Dr Vishwanath says Ishwar wants to continue putting on the classes even after the Covid-19 crisis ends.
"The feedback has been very good so he's really keen to keep the classes going.
"I think the reason kids are enjoying it so much is because it's for a child by a child - he speaks their language.
"It's also a good opportunity for people who haven't done yoga before because they can do it from home and they don't need any equipment."
