A new pub has opened in Westerham.
The Real Ale Way in the High Street opposite the Co-op is the brainchild of TV's Casualty actor Gregory Forsyth-Foreman and his partner Kariss Rihoy.
It is the second venture for the couple, they already opened a pub in Hayes 16months ago.
Mr Forsyth-Foreman, who played Louis Fairhead in Casualty and also had roles in London boulevard, Waking t the dead and Holby City, said: "Actually I come from a long line of licensees. I am the third generation in my family. But I saw my mum and dad toil away for years for the big brewers like Greene King and Shepherd Neame and I wanted to do something different.
"I love a good pint myself, but when I go out with friends around the country, so often the pubs are the same and all selling the same beers.
"We wanted to create something where we would like to go."
The result is a bar that sells all Kentish real ales - and as far as possible - all their products are from Kent too - with pork crackling from local butchers and Kentish-made crisps.
Mr Forsyth-Foreman said: "There's lots of lovely, lovely produce in Kent. It baffles me why it is so hard to buy."
The couple's new venture comes at the same time as they have just had a new child - a son William to complement their three-year-old daughter Elsie.
And acting? That's on hold for the moment.
