A man has been arrested on suspicion of theft at a Sevenoaks home - a day after a woman was found dead there.

Police were called to Hillingdon Rise at 10am yesterday by paramedics from South East Coast Ambulance Service.

Officers attended but today confirmed the woman's death is not being treated as suspicious. She was aged in her 40s and her next of kin have been informed.

The death will now be referred to the coroner.

In a separate incident - unrelated to the death - at 1.50am today a 48-year-old homeless man was arrested on suspicion of a theft at the property. He remains in custody.
