A man in his 50s has been arrested after a two-car crash which blocked a high street.

Sevenoaks High Street had queueing traffic following the accident.

A police spokesman said: "Police was called at 4.29pm following a two-car collision in High Street, Sevenoaks.

"Officers attended and a 56-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of being unfit to drive through drink and/or drugs.

"No injuries were reported..

The road was blocked near the junction of London Road, not far from Sevenoaks School.
