A Sevenoaks woman has been banned from driving for three years.

On January 13 Tiffany Wardrop, of Sevenoaks Road, failed to provide a specimen of breath for analysis without reasonable excuse.

She pleaded guilty to the offence and was sentenced at Mid Kent Magistrates' Court on March 19.

Magistrates gave the 40-year-old a 12 month conditional discharge and disqualified her from driving for three years.

She must also pay £42 costs and a £15 victim surcharge.
