A woman was left with facial injuries after a reported burglary.

Police were called just after 5.30pm on Friday (June 21) to a house in Parkfield, Sevenoaks.

A woman in the property was allegedly assaulted and suffered facial injuries.

Officers attended but the suspect had already left the scene.

An investigation is ongoing to determine the full circumstances surrounding the incident.
