Workers stepped in to help firefighters tackle an out-of-control blaze.
Four fire engines were sent to the scene of the fire onland in Chevening Road, Sundridge near Sevenoaks this afternoon.
The blaze began as a controlled burn on wasteland but became unmanageable and got out of hand.
It quickly spread to a portable cabin, a shipping container, a number of trees and some bushes. Firefighters were assisted by people at the site who used a portable digger to help in the turning over and damping down stage. There were no reported injuries.
