VIPs from across Kent will visit Chartwell House near Westerham as part of the council’s work to promote the Sevenoaks District.
Cllr Jill Davison, the council’s Chairman, has organised the event inviting County-wide Chairman and others to the setting of Sir Winston Churchill’s former home.
Guests will have an opportunity to see the house and its surrounds and to play croquet with equipment supplied by the House of Jaques based in nearby Edenbridge.
As part of the event, the Cllr Davison will be raising funds for the Chartwell Trust.
She said: “Sevenoaks District has so many amazing historical places to visit and I am keen to promote them to the rest of Kent.
"This will be a lovely day in historical surroundings and will help to raise funds for the Chartwell Trust at the same time.”
