Sevenoaks Vine are up and running in the Kent Cricket League Premier Division with their first win of the season after victory at Beckenham.

Yodhin Punja took care of the top three, leaving the hosts 19-3, and although Harri Aravinthan remained defiant with an unbeaten 62, Christopher Vernon's 4-22 helped restrict Beckenham to 138 after 45.3 overs.

Hugh Piper went for just eight at the start of the reply but Vernon's 57, after Evert Bekker made 51, saw Vine within touching distance of victory at 132-4 and they clinched victory with four wickets in hand in the 35 over.

Leaders Hayes made it four wins out of four in a low-scoring game against Tunbridge Wells.

Wells won the toss and chose to bat, but, Alexander Williams' 50 aside, wickets fell cheaply with only tailenders Matthew Barker and Ian McLean also in double figures as they were all out for 112 after 38.2 overs.

Hayes made hard work of the chase, and at 72-7 the game was in the balance, but Beau Couldrey's 24 not out was crucial and Hayes won by two wickets.

Bickley Park are Hayes' nearest challengers after a comfortable win over Lordswood.

Michael Ridley top scored with 49, but added to Sebastian Naylor's 29 and 23 extras, Park ended their innings 177 all out with Lordswood's Touseeq Shah returning figures of 4-37.

Park also conceded 23 extras, but with top scorer Linden Lockhart (22) departing early, Lords struggled for runs and were all out 78 shy of their target, Max Luckett with 3-20.

Blackheath proved too strong for Bexley, winning by 53 runs.

Mahi Mahfuzul and Tanweer Sikandar scored half-centuries as their knocks of 70 and 65 meant Bexley needed 204, but early success for Arafat Bhuiyan, who bowled three of the top four, as well as running out opener Aiden Griggs, left them 39-5.

There were some solid runs from the middle order - Benjamin Aldred top scoring on 30 - but Bexley were all in the 48th over for 150.

Minster's Joseph Parry was in fine form, scoring 73 in a 15-run win at Sandwich Town. His dismissal - one of Jan Gray's 5-35 - left Minster 146-4 and they added 64 more runs to leave Sandwich needing 211 for victory.

Kai Smith and Tom Burnap led the reply with 60 and 47 respectively, and while Alex Smith added a useful 31 Sandwich were all out for 195, Parry adding 3-45 to his half-century.
