A woman who was filmed dancing naked around a war memorial has been arrested.

The mystery woman was caught on camera by the monument in Bridge Road, Sheerness, by a passer-by yesterday evening.

Police confirmed officers were called to a disturbance in Sheerness High Street just after 8pm.

A 44-year-old from Minster was arrested on suspicion of being drunk and disorderly, assault and indecent exposure.

She remains in custody and enquiries are ongoing.
