Kairon Morgan, who may have connections on Sheppey, has been added to Kent Police’s most wanted list.
He is needed for questioning by officers investigating a charge of possessing class A drugs with intent to supply.
Morgan, who is believed to have contacts in Sheerness and Southampton, also failed to attend a court hearing.
