Police are appealing for the public's help after an inmate went missing from an open prison on the Isle of Sheppey.

Paul Barry Stevenson is wanted for absconding from Standford Hill Prison in Brabazon Road, Eastchurch.

Stevenson, who is serving time for robbery, is believed to have connections to Southend, Canvey Island, Basildon and Chelmsford.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts should call police on 101, quoting 'Most Wanted' and the crime reference XY/030453/17.
