It comes after police were called to a disturbance at the address on Wednesday, June 12 at around 3.25pm.

During his court appearance, Scudder was bound to keep the peace for at least 12 months.

A bind over order can be issued by a magistrates' court directing the person subject to the order to keep the peace or be of good behaviour. The prosecution agrees not to proceed in exchange for the defendant's agreement to be bound over for a stated period, failing which they will be required to pay a specified sum of money.
