Miles Cash facing gun charge after burglary in Minster Leas

A man appeared in court today charged in connection with a burglary in Minster in which a shotgun was stolen.

Miles Cash, 20, of no fixed address, was charged yesterday with burglary, possessing a shotgun without a licence, two counts of using a vehicle without third party insurance and two counts of driving while disqualified.

A house on The Leas, Minster, was broken into and a shotgun was stolen on April 19.

He has also been charged with possession of cannabis and cocaine, relating to a different incident.

Cash appeared before Medway magistrates today and has been remanded in custody to appear again before Maidstone Crown Court in July.
