POLICE are still hunting an arsonist who lit six fires in one street.

A 20-year-old arrested in connection with the November 24 and 27 blazes in St George’s Avenue, Sheerness, has been eliminated from police enquiries.

The fires destroyed a Transit van and damaged a youth centre, a Ford Fiesta and a trailer, causing thousands of pounds damage.
