Traffic has cleared after being diverted due to a broken down vehicle on the A249.

The road, which runs through the Minister-On-Sea area of Sheerness, was closed in the Southbound direction.

The broken down vehicle was at A2500.

Cars were diverted through Sheppey Way, and recovery vehicles worked to clear the scene during rush-hour.
