Fire crews attended an incident at Barton Hill Drive, Minster

A woman was freed from the wreckage of a car yesterday afternoon.

Fire crews were called after reports came in at 5.13pm of a crash at Barton Hill Drive in Minster.

The lady, believed to be in her 20s, had to be cut out of the damaged vehicle by hydraulic equipment.

A spokesman for the South East Coast Ambulance Service said: "A lady in her 20s was treated for arm and neck pain and taken to Medway Maritime Hospital."
