Teenager Chloe Chambers missing from Sheerness home

Police say missing a 13-year-old girl has found.

Chloe Chambers was last seen in the Alma Road area of Sheerness on Sunday morning.

She was located in Essex this afternoon.

She was last seen wearing blue jeans, a navy blue sweatshirt and white Adidas trainers with black stripes. Her hair was tied back in a ponytail.
