A man has been arrested in connection with a suspected shooting in Sheerness.
It follows an incident in Ranelagh Road on Monday night in which the windows of a terraced house were smashed.
A 34-year-old from Liverpool has been arrested on suspicion of possessing a firearm.
He's been bailed pending further investigations until Wednesday, May 20.
Officers were called to the house in Ranelagh Road at 9.55pm on Monday after a member of the public reported hearing gunshots.
They discovered the upstairs and downstairs windows of the terraced property had been smashed.
Speaking after the incident, a police spokesman said they did not rule out the possibility the windows had been “shot-out”.
