A main road has reopened after a two car crash this morning.

The accident happened at 8.30am on Brielle Way, heading towards Sheerness past the Queenborough Corner junction.

Police and paramedics were called.

A Volkswagen and Ford Focus were involved.

The road was closed from the traffic lights to Whiteway Road and reopened at 10.45am.

Two people were treated at the scene for minor injuries but no one was taken to hospital.
