Police and ambulance crews were called after a young girl was hit by a car in Sheerness.
It happened at about 4pm this afternoon in Broadway, near the junction with Strode Crescent.
A police spokesman said no serious injuries had been reported.
However, she has been taken to Medway Maritime Hospital as a precaution.
