Starbucks is the latest international chain to be confirmed for the Neats Court retail park in Queenborough.
The coffee giant will join Burger King, Costa and Subway at the Sheppey development.
After much speculation, developers LXB Retail Properties confirmed this afternoon that a deal had been agreed.
The 2,300sq ft unit, with a drive-thru, will be situated in the final stage of the development between Morrisons and The Five Bridges pub, parallel to the A249.
This part of the site has now been fenced off in preparation for work to begin.
Starbucks will be sited in unit H5, while Costa will be in H1, Subway in H2 and Burger King in H4.
LXB’s Giles Haywood said the work will start on Monday and is expected to take around six months – with the outlets hoped to be completed sometime in May.
Mr Haywood added that LXB is currently in talks with other potential tenants for the remaining three units.
Between 30 to 40 jobs are expected to be created in the new phase.
Neats Court also features a Sports Direct, Iceland and a Cancer Research UK superstore.
