Traffic is being delayed on the Isle of Sheppey following a crash outside the Island's community hospital.
A van is believed to have been involved in a two-vehicle collision near a mini-roundabout in front of the hospital.
Police, fire and ambulance have been on the scene.
A spokesman from the fire service confirmed they were called to the scene at around 4.30pm today.
However, nobody was trapped in the vehicles and they were to assist following a fuel leakage.
A police spokesman said officers were called to a two-vehicle collision in Barton Hill Drive, Minster, at 4.23pm.
He said: "There are no reports of any injuries. Officers are conducting enquiries at the scene."
Witnesses said the crash has caused a backlog of traffic.
