A van is teetering on the edge of a grassy verge off Brielle Way, Sheerness, following an accident.

Police were called after the blue Vauxhall broke-down in Whiteway Road, Queenbrough, at around 8.35pm last night.

Officers were then contacted again at 9.30pm to reports it had crashed at the nearby roundabout in Brielle Way - yards from where a biker was involved in a fatal accident on Wednesday.

A police spokesman said: "It had been involved in a single vehicle, non-injury road traffic collision.

"It is is awaiting recovery."
