Delays have cleared after an earlier crash on a key stretch of road.
Firefighters were called to the Lower Road, Minster, Isle of Sheppey, at the junction with Barton Hill Drive at 8.41am.
The road was closed from Barton Hill Drive to Thistle Hill Way.
Two fire engines were sent to use rescue and cutting equipment.
One witness said she saw debris strewn across the road as drivers and passengers went to help those involved.
Police said they were called at 8.35am to a report of a two-vehicle crash, despite firefighters saying three vehicles were involved.
A spokesman said: "Officers attended along with SECAmb and Kent Fire and Rescue Service.
"No serious injuries were believed to have been reported.
"A diversion was put in place while the incident was managed and the road was reopened at around 10.30am."
Drivers posted on Facebook saying they were diverting through the Bovis Homes estate at Thistle Hill.
A spokesman for the ambulance service said paramedics were called at 8.40am.
"There were multiple patients including children from the vehicles that were involved.
"We took one woman, who was complaining of neck and shoulder pain, to Medway hospital."
