A good Samaritan has gone above and beyond to help a girl whose bicycle was stolen.
Tasha Sedge, 21, heard about Jasmine Harrison’s upset when her mum Jen posted on Facebook.
The nine-year-old was heartbroken when she left her bike outside the shop in Queenway, Sheerness, and came out to find it gone.

Jen, 30, said: “Jasmine was really upset, it’s been a battle to get her to sleep since. I’ve never seen her so sad.”
Mrs Sedge decided to do something to help and set up a gofundme page to buy Jasmine a new bike.
Overnight the page reached its goal of £85 and the pair decided to keep the cycle a surprise for Jasmine.

Tasha, who works at Rule and Rule estate agents, said: “It was my mum’s suggestion, as she spotted the post by Jen on Facebook and within 12 hours we had all the money we needed.
“I spoke to Jen once the money had been raised and we found a bike we knew she’d like.”
When Jasmine was presented with the surprise bicycle on Saturday, dressed in a blue princess dress at her home in Almond Tree Close, she collapsed in tears.
The West Minster Primary School pupil says she is looking forward to “taking her new wheels out” and joining in with her friends cycling to school.
