Police are appealing for information after a television and DVD player were stolen from a home in Sheerness.

Officers and a forensic team were called to Alexandra Road shortly before 5pm yesterday after a burglar had forced entry to a house via the front door.

The occupants were not at home at the time.

Officers are asking anyone with information to call 01795 419119, quoting the crime reference 21-0938.
