A fraudster has been returned to prison after allegedly breaching the terms of his licence.
Peter Swann was released early from Elmley Prison, on Sheppey, last month after serving four years of a four-and-a-half year sentence for fraud and breach of a restraining order.
But Kent Police issued an appeal to find the 57-year-old on Tuesday as he was wanted on recall to prison.
A force spokesman today said he voluntarily attended Medway Maritime Hospital, in Gillingham, yesterday.
Officers were called and arrested him on suspicion of breaching his licence and took him back to Elmley.
