The relatives of a man who has been missing since just after Christmas are appealing for information on his whereabouts.

Robert Preston, 56, was last seen in the Wildwood area of Stafford, Staffordshire, at 3pm on Monday, December 28.

The dad-of-two has links to Sheppey, having lived in Sheerness until a year ago.

His daughter Rae Preston, who lives in Sheerness, said: “I’m out of my mind with worry.

“Every girl needs their father in their life and I just need to know he is safe, that’s all.”

Robert is described as being white, 5’10” tall, clean shaven with a ruddy complexion and greyish hair.

Sgt Nick Maingay, of Stafford Police, said: “Although Robert was only reported missing on Monday, he has not been seen in person for about a week. We are anxious to find him as soon as possible as he has a serious health condition. Please get in touch with us as soon as possible if you see or hear from him.”

Anyone with any information about his whereabouts is asked to call Staffordshire Police on 101, quoting incident 550 of January 4.
