Regulars at the Queen Phillippa pub are going to be digging deep and playing hard to raise money for charity this Friday (December 10) night.
Traditional pub games, including speed pool and darts, will be played at the pub, on the corner of Railway Terrace and High Street, Queenborough, from 7.30pm.
Competitors will be asked to make donations to take part and all money raised will go to Macmillan Cancer Support.
There will also be a Nintendo Wii set up for pub-goers to have a go, plus food and a raffle with some top prizes donated by local businesses.
The event has been organised by Steve Purcell and Matthew Seager.
Steve said: “One of our suppliers also donated two bottles of sambuca, so we’re going to be selling shots for £1 a go with each pound going to the charity.
“There’s also the chance for a gallon of beer to be won. The raffle has about 20 to 25 prizes and we have already raised £130 from that alone.”
