Captain America, a larger-than-life chicken and two giant rabbits on motorbikes.
Those were just some of the sights during the Associated Sheppey Bikers’ Easter Run on Sunday.
Fourteen motorcycles, with a support car driven by charity organiser Joan Young, assembled in the car park of Layzells, off The Broadway, Minster, to deliver eggs to care homes.
Several riders were in fancy dress, including Mad Mike Young who went as the Easter Bunny. They visited The Mount and Neptune House, both in Sheerness, followed by The Little Oyster, Minster.
Preston Skreens was closed for the Easter break so members will be going there in two weeks’ time to complete their deliveries.
Ty Bland, of the Associated Sheppey Bikers, said: “As is always the case, we were greeted by the residents, who were all excited to see us arrive.
“We wish to thank the members, The Rotary Club, Co-op food stores in Newington and Northwood Drive and Mad Mike Young for all their continued support in this activity.”
