A playgroup has been praised for its glowing Ofsted report.
The SS Henry and Elizabeth Playgroup meets at the Catholic Church Hall in Broadway, Sheerness.
Kim Neal, of Minster, and Loraine Harding, of Sheerness, took over the running of the playgroup in 1995, after a spell working there.
There are 35 children aged two to under-five at the playgroup and all the children come from the local catchment area.
The nursery supports some children with learning difficulties and disabilities and a few who speak English as an additional language.
The recent Ofsted report details the quality and standard of the care and nursery education on offer. It says: “Children and their parents are welcomed warmly onto the premises by staff with happy, smiling faces who know the children exceptionally well.”
