Popular ice cream parlour Creams is coming to Sheppey, it has been confirmed.
The restaurant chain, which only sells desserts, will set up shop at the Neats Court Retail Park in Queenborough.
It will fill two of the final three vacant units on the food quarter of the shopping site, which already has a Starbucks, Costa, Burger King and Subway.
Developer LXB Retail Properties, which owns that part of the retail park between Morrisons and The Five Bridges pub, has revealed it will occupy Units H6 and H7 next to Starbucks.
LXB’s Giles Haywood said: "I can confirm that we have let the last unit to Creams.
"We think it will be a great addition to the scheme and will add a point of difference to the existing offering."
Once open, people will be able to tuck into a wide array of dishes at the parlour including knickerbocker glories, banana splits, chocolate ice creams and different types of waffles and pancakes.
The nearest Creams cafes are currently in Maidstone and at Chatham's Dockside.
It is not yet known when the Sheppey branch will open.
